Pole Dancing Moves!!!!

Here it is....proof!!  I must admit, picking up pole dancing is one of the best things I have done for my fitness! Just after a few classes, I feel stronger!  The instructor told me tonight that she can definitely tell a difference in my strength from the first class.  I also fell much sexier in my skin...You can't really see it in the videos (I was just trying to get some spins in).  My flexibility is also increasing, but I have a LONG way to go. I was nervous to be video taped and wished I would have done my second spin a little faster...but oh well! Here you go....  I do plan on continuing past my groupon!
